Shipping policy

1. General Shipping Information

We ship our products worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the chosen shipping method.

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped with insurance. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact our customer service at info@elexium.com.

2. Shipping Partners

Depending on the destination country, we work with various reliable shipping partners:

Switzerland:
- Swiss Post

European Union:
- DHL
- DPD

Worldwide:
- DHL Express

3. Delivery Times

The specified delivery times are approximate values from the dispatch of the goods and may vary in individual cases:

Switzerland:
- Standard shipping: 1-2 business days

European Union:
- Standard shipping: 2-5 business days

Worldwide:
- DHL Express: 7-14 business days (depending on destination country)

Weekdays are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

4. Shipping Costs

The shipping costs are displayed transparently before completing the order.

Switzerland and Liechtenstein:
- Standard shipping: CHF 4.90

European Union:
- Standard shipping: EUR 4.90

Worldwide:
- Shipping costs are calculated individually and displayed before completing the order
- Minimum shipping cost: CHF 25.00

5. Free Shipping

Schweiz und Liechtenstein: Free standard shipping on orders over CHF 50.00
EU: Free standard shipping on orders over EUR 50.00

6. Order Processing

Orders received by 2:00 PM (CET) are usually processed and shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

No order processing takes place on weekends and public holidays.

7. Shipment Tracking

For all shipments, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track the status of your delivery online. The tracking information will be sent to you via email.

8. Delivery

Switzerland:
Die Zustellung erfolgt an die angegebene Lieferadresse. Bei Abwesenheit wird die Sendung in der nächstgelegenen Poststelle hinterlegt.

EU and worldwide:
Delivery will be made to the specified delivery address. If you are absent, a delivery attempt will be made or the package will be left at a parcel shop/with a neighbor.

9. Customs and Taxes

Switzerland:
Shipments within Switzerland are exempt from customs duties and additional taxes.

European Union:
Shipments within the EU are also exempt from customs duties and additional taxes.

Worldwide:
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, which must be paid directly by the recipient to the relevant authorities. We have no influence over these costs.

10. Important Notes for International Shipments

Zollinhaltserklärung:
All international shipments are accompanied by a proper customs declaration. Incorrect information regarding the value or content of the goods is not permitted.

Prohibited and restricted goods:
Certain products may be prohibited or restricted in specific countries. Please check the import regulations of your country before placing an order.

Delays:
International shipments may be delayed due to customs clearance, local holidays, or other circumstances. These delays are beyond our control.

11. Special Shipping Regulations for Our Product Categories

Dietary supplements:
- Shipping only in original packaging
- Temperature-controlled shipping for heat-sensitive products
- Observance of country-specific import regulations

Cosmetics:
- Shipping in shatterproof packaging
- Protection against extreme temperatures
- Compliance with international shipping regulations for cosmetics

Chemicals:
- Shipping according to hazardous materials regulations
- Special labeling and packaging
- Restrictions for certain destination countries

12. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us immediately at info@elexium.com. We will clarify the incident with our shipping partner and find a solution.

In case of damaged shipments:
- Accept the shipment
- Document the damage with photos
- Contact us within 48 hours

13. Returns

Returns are generally not possible due to the nature of our products (dietary supplements, cosmetics, chemicals) for safety and hygiene reasons.

Exceptions apply only to:
- Incorrect delivery on our part
- Damaged goods upon arrival
- Defective goods

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
